design & product strategist
Most design problems aren't design problems.
They're strategy problems that got handed to designers.
I work with Heads of Product who know their product has more potential than it's currently delivering, but aren't sure if the problem lies in the design, the team or the direction.
Usually it's all three. And they're often connected.
Building has never been easier. Knowing what's worth building is the part that's gotten harder - and AI has only sharpened that gap.
That's not a problem you solve with another deck or process diagram. It's something you have to work through with the team that actually has to live with the answer.
I come in embedded instead of as an external consultant - finding the real problem, building the direction around it, and making sure the people closest to the product can keep running with it after I leave.
